Paris Saint-Germains managing director, Jean-Claude Blanc, was interviewed by TuttoMercatoWeb and was asked a direct question regarding if Lucas Moura will be allowed to leave in January.
“If PSG will allow Lucas Moura to leave when the transfer window opens? I can only say that he will stay here in Paris” Blanc says and thus rules out a January move for the young Brazilian winger.
