According to Sky Sport 24 journalist Manuele Baiocchini, Inter have yet to receive an official offer from Chelsea regarding the clubs Colombian midfielder Fredy Guarin.
The same source reports further that whichever bid where to be made, it would have to be consist of an offer of at least 18 million Euro’s for Inter to agree to part ways from the player.
