Corriere dello Sport writes today that the move of Juan Mata to Inter gets more and more likely as time flies. The negotiations between Inter and Chelsea are quite complex but the deal would involve Fredy Guarin and Juan Mata switching places. Chelsea have already offered a straight switch of players. However, with Mata’s salary of 4 million per year, Inter would have to secure the Spanish striker on loan with a right to buy. This would also work in the favor of Chelsea who then would have room and money enough to buy Nemanja Matic from Benfica.
