The lifetime suspended, former Juventus director Luciano Moggi was interviewed by Tuttomercatoweb about the negotiations between Juventus and Inter for Mirko Vucinic and Fredy Guarin and had the following things to say:

“Inter always do the same things. They started negotiations without the acceptance from the majority owner of the club. According to me Thohir did the right thing. It was a deal that benefitted Juventus to much, because of the value of the players and also because of their age. Vucinic is a player who Juventus doesn’t need anymore, whilst Guarin would’ve been a very useful warrior for the Juventus midfield. For Juve it would’ve been great to receive a younger player than the Montenegrian, and Guarin is also available more. Vucinic has always had injury problems. It should be asked why the Inter directors starteed negotiations without Thohir being allright with it. It seems like there is some confusion in how the club is supposed to be dictated.”
