Juan Jesus was interviewed by Inter Channel after today’s draw against Cagliari where he gave his thoughts on the decision to award Cagliari a penalty when the ball it him on the hand.
“I wasn’t expecting the ball to come there, therefore it was an involuntary motion. The ball came to me, I was standing still. You see it very clearly on the replays, they shoudl just shoot me. I barely touched the opposing player and he threw himself, I can’t do anything….I played a good game despite the fact that Ibarbo is strong. I think that Gervinho is faster than Ibarbo as he is shorter, we can’t grant him any space to run”
“In the second half we played well, unfortunately, we weren’t able to win at home. There are still several points missing, thats why we have to do our best to get as many points as possible” Juan concludes.
