Mauro Icardi has still not found his best form or fitness yet but he’s playing an important role in another way. Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Icardi will improve with continuity but the effect he has on Rodrigo Palacio is clear. No longer does ‘Don Rodrigo’ have to fight with two or three defenders alone, his return to the the all purpose forward role has brought goals and wins to Mazzarri’s Inter.
