Yesterday, Inter met with Fredy Guarin and his agent Marcelo Ferreyra in Milan to discuss a new contract for the Colombian international. La Gazzetta della Sport reports today that the two parties have agreed on the terms for the contract and will met again on Monday to finalize the deal. Hopefully, we’ll get an official statement from Inter during next week. Anyhow, a transfer to Juventus in the summer, now seems highly unlikely. These are the terms for Guarin’s new deal:

Guarin will get a raise from 2,3 million euros per season to 2,8 million euros per season with a chance for even more should he activiate his bonuses, a big bonus if Inter were to qualify for the Champions League. The contract will be untill June 2016.
