Andrea Ranocchia was interviewed by Inter Channel after the win against Hellas Verona at Bentegodi:
“An important win, I even said the other day that there would be a tough game , even Juventus lost here, but we won”.
What do you think about the struggles with Toni?
“Luca is like that, he uses his body a lot and he’s tough to face, but the referee made a perfect match, so I want to praise him.”
“Finally a game where everything went right, it has been a while.”
It isn’t easy if you haven’t trained, I even practiced on my days off. I feel that I’m in good physical shape but we must continue because there are many games left, which I want to play. Even when I have played less, I have always done my best. I’m happy now when I’ve made good performances and now I want Mazzarri to have a tough choice because I will fight to the end. ”
What do you think about the league table ?
“Fourth place is currently a good step, we haven’t given up on our goal and we will give everything to reach it, we must continue like this and we can not stop.”
