D'Ambrosio

Danilo D’Ambrosio was in the Inter Channel studios this afternoon to film this week’s edition of InterNOS, the chat show in which a Nerazzurri player answers questions sent in by the fans.

The 25-year-old commented on his performances: “I always try to show my competitive streak when I take to the pitch, play with grit and determination – all those qualities that got me noticed by Inter in the first place.”

“Statistics? I do swat up on certain opponents before games, yes. But I don’t really look at my own stats, especially if they’re positive ones. I prefer to look at the negative ones so that I can learn from them and improve.”

The defender also spoke about how he’s finding life in Milan after making the move from Turin. “I’m really happy at Inter and a lot of that is down to the amazing welcome my team-mates have given me. I’ve settled into Milan well too. I already knew the city and fortunately I’m not finding it hard being away from Turin, where I’d spent the last four years of my life. I live in the centre and with the lovely weather we’ve been having recently – which I must say came as a surprise to me in March in Milan – I’ve been able to go out and have lots of nice walks.”
