Campagnaro, Rannochia and Rolando deserves to play from start. If someone is to be substituted it’s Campagnaro (he’s missed one too many pass in the last few games), and Samuel should replace him (and then Rannochia would play to the right with Samuel in the middle).
D’ambrosio and Jonathan should start, with Zanetti as the first choise to replace one of them, not Nagatomo. The japanese’s indecision in the offence and weak defence should make him # 4 among the wingers.
