The former Inter midfielder Juan Sebastián Verón has in recent weeks been attributed to some statements on some sites where he criticized Inter’s coach Walter Mazzarri and midfielder Ricardo Alvarez. These statements are false according to La Brujita who made it clear what he thinks in an interview with calciomercato.com:
“These words are false. I don’t know how long it’s been since I talked with reporters, neither Italian or Argentine, and I do not even remember when I last spoke on Inter … I want to deny and confirm that I was surprised by this. I do not know where these statements come from and who put them into circulation. Anyone who has allowed himself to do such a thing has made a mistake because it is a lie because I never said those things about Inter, Mazzarri or Alvarez. I have not talked to anybody. ” If Walter Mazzarri : ” Honestly, I do not know Mazzarri well so I would not allow myself to express negative thoughts about him. I do not know how he works , but I have respect for him because he trains Inter and has experienced a career full of merit. I’m not the one who can say if Mazzarri is ready or not. “
Regarding Ricardo Alvarez : “No matter what I think about him or his technique , I would never say that Alvarez deserves to be booed or liable for anything . He is in Inter and deserves it. I repeat that it was a long time ago since I was talking about Inter. “
