Southampton’s Uruguay attacker, Gaston Ramirez, has had a difficult time in the Premier League this season. So difficult that the player now wishes to leave the British Isles to return back to Italy.
This according to the player’s agentm Pablo Betancourt, who has been quoted by IlSussiDiario.net as saying: “It’s a season to forget, he is hardly playing despite the fact that the club has really wanted him in that they pay him a lot of money. There are several possibilities of returning back to Italy and we are trying to find the best solution for the English club, we are looking for a club who can make the right offer.”
“Milan? It would be an honor for Gaston to be Kaká’s heir, but we’re laying low, there is nothing concrete to consider at the moment. It would be a very important opportunity which would be impossible to turn down. He was very happy in the Serie A, therefore he will return voluntarily to Italy, but we need to first find a solution with Southampton” Betancourt concludes.
