As announced this morning, a group of Inter fans travelled to Appiano Gentile for the final training session ahead of the match in Genoa tomorrow. Their presence is intended to encourage and give a little shock to Walter Mazzarri’s group after the last disappointing performance, but it will still not have the character of a protest: the group, consisting of about 200 people, however, arrived at Pinetina, carrying banners and also pennants, with the intent to send a strong message to the team, inviting them not to let go and give up on this season’s end, also in order to repay the continued support that comes from the fans. The supporters were made to sit on the small stand of the central field of Pinetina, from where they chanted the classic choruses of incitement.
At the end of the session, the fans will speak directly with the players in order to deliver their messages.
