Earlier today on SkySport24 it was reported that Cesare Prandelli’s 30-man pre-tournament squad would not contain Andre Ranocchia. However, later in the day a correction was made and now it is believed that he will beat out Astori and get the call up. The choice for the 30-man pre tournament squad will happen tomorrow and this number will be cut to 23 before the tournament in Brazil begins.
