Corriere dello Sport is convinced, Fredy Guarin is no longer in Walter Mazzarri’s plans for next season. The Colombian international who is wanted by Juventus will not however be undersold. Inter are demanding €18 million for the player or a suitable replacement for the enigmatic midfielder. Piero Ausilio has turned down the opportunity to exchange Guarin for Juventus’ Isla and now the Nerazzurri have asked instead for Claudio Marchisio. This remains unlikely however as the Turin based club intend to renew the midfielder’s contract which expires in 2016. Should any talks resume over the coming weeks what is certain is that Inter have made their position explicitly clear.
