Ibarbo to Dortmund for 12M?

German club, Borussia Dortmund, is reported by “La Nuova Sardegna” to be ready to make a bid for Victor Ibarbo. Inter is currently trying to start negotiations for the player but Jürgen Klopp is said to have put the player on the top of his wish list. The valuation of the player is approaching 12M Euro, which Dortmund is willing to pay in order to bring the player to Germany. However, the Colombian is currently on a contract until June 30^th, 2016 and new president; Tommaso Giulini does not seem interested in selling valuable players. Apparently the last word will come from Zeman based on his assessment of the player.
