In the last few hours Inter have been thinking about the former Manchester City midfielder Nigel De Jong. The Nerazzurri’s leadership think that De Jong could fill the defensive midfield role which Walter Mazzarri has pinpointed as a priority post Esteban Cambiasso. It seems that Milan aren’t keen on the idea, especially since new manager Filippo Inzaghi sees De Jong as a focal point of this project.
