Former Inter playmaker Wesley Sneijder insists that his international teammate Nigel De Jong is happy at Milan and wants to stay at the club. Speaking to Gazzetta dello Sport, Sneijder revealed he once tried to lure his compatriot to the other half of Milan.
“I don’t know anything about the rumours linking him to Inter. What I do know is that I wanted to bring him to Inter two years ago, but then it didn’t happen. But right now Nigel is happy at Milan and he will stay there.”
