Demetrio Steffè, the midfielder born in 1996 who spent last season on loan to Chievo’s Primavera and now has joined Inter’s first team in the Pinzolo, spoke to Inter Channel last night. Here are his words: “It’s a great satisfaction, I didn’t think about achieving the goals that we then reached (The Scudetto Primavera ed.) Nobody expected that we would arrive there in January. This is my fifth year at Inter, I’m a mezzala more that a metodista, I’m good at passing and have an eye for the goal. Last year I only scored one, this year I hope to return to my level… How it feels to play with the big team? It was an unexpected call and on Saturday when I was told that I had to go with the first team, I was blown away, but then I said it was a great opportunity. Here it’s another rhythm, you have to get used to it or it will pass me by. Staying here these 10 days will be a wonderful experience, that can help me in the future. Hopefully we win one Scudetto, perhaps with the Inter Primavera.”
