Interviewed by Firenzeviola.it, the former Inter winger, Davide Santon, now in force at Newcastle, bulldozed the rumors that he would be close to a move to Fiorentina: “Personally, I don’t know anything. My agent hasn’t let me know anything about any rumor on the transfer market, so I don’t really know where this rumor comes from. Then, I am very well at Newcastle, I found my space and other than that I have my whole family with me. I have two more years of my contract and for the moment I don’t intend to change. Actually, I have a wish: if I ever encounter any offers from other leagues, I would still hope to stay in the Premier League.”
