After the friendly in Greece Walter Mazzari spoke to “Inter Channel” about the game and the work of Icardi and Osvaldo. First Mazzarri indicated that the players were still progressing in their preparation for the upcoming season and were not entirely prepared yet. So why don’t you play them together? instead of playing with 6 defenders (3 CB’s & 3 wingbacks). We would probably score some goal every now and then if we would play some attacking players also.

this is what I worried about Icardi.
his lack of movement made him only ‘one dimension’ striker.
he only relied on his deadly insting which is useless unless he got opportunity up front.
he need make more movement and open up space up front.
he also need to improve his ball control and passing.
on the other side, Osvaldo looked more determined, he moved around, have better ball control and hold up the ball better.
