The situation for Inter’s injured players

The Inter-Napoli match is right around the corner and is a very important match for both teams, as it is between teams looking to improve their position in the championship. This is a difficult moment for the Nerazzurri as the injuries are beginning to pile on one another. Here is the status on these injuries.

Osvaldo: Strained left adductor, close to second degree. May return vs. Hellas Verona or Milan.

Kovacic: Strained adductor in the left thigh but the severity will be determined in the coming days. His availability for Napoli is currently unknown.

Jonathan: Has yet to completely recover from the problems in his left leg that has bothered him in recent weeks. His return against Napoli is not certain but he will be available for the Europe League match against Saint Etienne or the Cesena match.

Campagnaro: Has an issue in his left thigh and he has been resting it. Similar to Jonathan, the Saint Etienne match of the Cesena match should see him return.

D’Ambrosio: The player suffered a last minute injury in training to his collateral ligament in his right knee. The recovery time is not currently known as tests need to be performed but early assessments are placing it close to December 7th.
