A few hours before kick-off against Dnipro in the Europa League at the San Siro, Roberto Mancini was interviewed by Marco Barzaghi of SportMediaset.

“I’m very happy to be here, after having celebrated 40I know celebrate 50, an important milestone. I think it’s very important for us to see the whole club united, then it’s up to us to start winning and entertaining the crowd. We need everyone.”

The Mancini turned to talking about tonight’s fixture against the Ukrainians: “I don’t think it will be easy, but it’s a road that leads to the Champions League and in the end it’s a road that leads you to think that you want to win. Then we have to think about the league, we’re 5 points off 3rd place and there is room to make this up. We have to recover this in a hurry, that’s the most important thing.”
