Chelsea agrees terms with Kramaric and Icardi stays at Inter

Over the last few weeks there has been a lot of rumours about Mauro Icardi. The Argentinian striker is proving his worth in a poor Inter side and even though the team doesn’t supply him with much he is still the top scorer at Inter. Last summer it was rumoured about a Mourinho interest for Icardi and with his 8 goals in the Serie A “Maurito” has impressed this season as well. Only last week we reported about rumours from England that claimed that Chelsea were ready to make an offer for the striker but according to our sources there is no truth to this for now.

Instead, Chelsea seem to have agreed terms with the young striker Kramaric from Rijeka. The Croatian striker has scored 21 goals in 17 games in the league and has also impressed in the Europa League where he has scored 6 goals in 7 games against teams like Sevilla and Feyenoord. Just as Icardi who is born 1993, Kramaric born 1991 is an upcoming striker with a nose for goal. Chelsea’s attack is aging and they can’t rely on Drogba to deliver another season and therefore it seems that they have signed a name for the future. Kramaric is getting ready to join Mourinho at Stamford Bridge whilst Icardi stays at Inter, at least until June.
