Mercato specialist Alfredo Pedulla has echoed recent reports that Ibrahima Mbaye is receiving serious interest from multiple Serie A clubs. The preference currently seems to be Bologna, who would like to invest in the player. However, there is also Cagliari making inquiries about the player and theses two clubs happen to have a great relationship that could give them the advantage.

From what I have seen if this kid in his year at livorno he is pretty good and apparently extremely versatile being able to be deployed at the wide backs on either side, cb or even in front of the defence. This is someone we need to develop out on loan at a club he will play for. I hope in a a couple years both him and benassi will be back playing in our team!
