For me it was Podolski,he assisted one and pressured De Silvestri for passing it straight at Icardi
Shaq did indeed score a nice goal, but he didn’t seem in form. He also made a lot of mistakes, but I guess he just needs match practice.
ohhhh man that’s harsh… remember that he is lacking playing time.. he ran the whole 71min (as i remember) that he playing; created chances, some awesome passes, great character, and scored the 1st goal.. what more do you need? but yes I agree with, I am sure he will get even better after some time..
I’m not harsh. Just a lot of his touches seemed off, and we all know what he can do. Physically he’s fit. And I also think he just needs to play more to get into good shape.
Why didn’t we play like this against Empoli?
I mean we should’ve played Kuz, Kova and Shaq from the start except “the bird shooter”, Hernanes and Palacio.

Man of the match: Shaqiri (Just brilliant effort)
Played really well: JJ, Medel, and Dodo (all three moved a lot played aggressively)
Good moments: Podolski, Kovacic, and Kuz
Disappointing: Icardi (he should be moving much more) and D’Ambrosio who was slow one the right wing with many missed passes
the rest were just okay
The game was good… but samp were down 2 players. shaqiri was awesome as expected! Now imagine this team with schar next to juan and any other midfielder other than kuzmano (his through passes were awful)

I will agree with you, i vote Shaqiri, but Andreolli and J.J had very good perfomance in Central Defence.Of course, somebody will say that Sampdoria was playing with 10 man almost all game. For this reason my vote go to Shakiqi, but Mancio i think should try Andreolli-J.J in league game as well.

I think he did great. Long balls were spot on and he got himself into a couple of chances.
not really. he made some nasty passes and was good in holding possesion. he was quick on the ball and could easily get past the midfield of samp.
agree with Dani.. invisible I don’t think so; the majority of the passes were through him from the middle or when switching playing sides.. good support of the attack (lacked some finesse in final touches). I still think he did good overall effort.

i didnt expect to see a beautiful set of gameplay from Inter tonight, but it was so beutifully done by both coach and players.. as always jesus is a man of heart. Okaka is frightening yet he shut him down.. all players did very2 well including medel kuzmanovic dodo ambrossio.. not to mention shaqiri definitely will be very important and and has blended to the team very well, better than podolski I think… Shaqiri deserves motm in his debut…. lets hope for a better form in torino match. FORZAA INTER!
