Paolo Bargiggia of Sport Mediaset reports news that will split Inter fans surely. That of a very possible return to Appiano Gentile for Antonio Cassano.
Contract details were agreed over the phone this morning between the player and Piero Ausilio according to the journalist. The contract is one for six months with an option for a further year to be determined in the summer. The deal will be finalized as soon as Pablo Osvaldo makes way.

if the previous rumor was true (Cassano only asked for 500k until the end of this season), then I don’t mind to see him back.
500k is dirt cheap, in that price range we usually only get 2nd class backup players (loan Carrizo for 300k, or Rocchi for 400k excluding their salary).

Actually Cassano is perfect for that. He’ll stand right outside the box from different angles and thread good balls into the box, behind defenders.

Guarin once had that ability but then again fades althougher. RM needs to attend to this problem. see the main problem inter is that they have been too predictable. yes we need someone like a loose canon upront thats warrants a cracking shot from outside the box, or who just willing enough to dribble the ball against walls of defenders. RM needs to chance the mentality of his team especially the fowards.
