Inter player Jonathan’s season is over after the player was operated on this morning.
The official statement read “Late this morning Wednesday 11 February, Jonathan had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee at the Clinical Institute Humanitas.”
The player had a “medial meniscectomy and selective cleaning of a small cartilage lesion of the femoral trochlea.”
“By all accounts the operation is seen as being successful.”
“The recovery is expected to be between 3 and 4 months.”
