According to reports from Tuttomercatoweb.com, the agent of Inter-owned defender Matias Silvestre will arrive in Italy shortly. The defender is out of contract with Inter in June and his agent will arrive in order to talk about his options with Sampdoria for the future. Due to his contract expiring in June he will be free to discuss any potential continuation of the relationship with Sampdoria after proving to be an important pillar of their defence this season.
