Petrachi: Darmian has never asked to leave

Torino fullback Matteo Darmian has attracted interest from some of Europe’s top clubs such as Barcelona and Inter.  Before Torino’s match against Roma, sporting director [of Torino] Gianluca Petrachi spoke to Sky Sports about Darmian:

“Darmian has never expressed a desire to leave.  We have received offers but we do not want to sell him.  A sale will only materialize if the player comes forward and asks to leave.  After that, the club will only accept a good offer.”
