Diego Milito has spoken to Inter Channel ahead of Sunday night’s Milan derby, about his memories and the current Inter team.
El Principe certainly knows a thing or two about the derby and about Inter and is fondly remembered by the Nerazzurri faithful for making history with the club in 2010’s treble winning season.
Her are the Argentine striker’s words:
“We all know the week building up to the derby is special and intense, there’s nothing like it. It’s an amazing match to be involved in and I hope Inter win.”
“It’s hard to say what my favourite derby was. Obviously I’ve got some wonderful memories, perhaps the first one when we won 4-0 as the away side. We put in an unbelievable performance that day, we thrashed them.”
“I think Palacio could be the key man on Sunday. He’s a fantastic player and is performing well.”
