Inter keeper Handanovic was in the mixed zone after the match and spoke to FcInterNews.it about the 0-0 draw with Chievo. He said: “It’s a shame because we threw the points away. We wanted to win but we did not succeed. Now we lack matches but we must not give up.”
When asked about the Europa League Handanovic said: “We will have to play good matches against opponents who want to win.”
The keeper was then asked about the whistles in the stadium and Chievo’s defensive style: “They are right. Everyone may think what they want. It was not easy as these are different types of games. If they move forward more we tend to find more space.”
