Yuto Nagatomo has spoken to Inter Channel about his return to playing, 91 days on from his last Inter appearance. The Japanese full back came on as a substitute in Sunday’s 2-1 win away at Lazio. Here is what Nagatomo had to stay:
“I’m pleased to be back after three months out. We won too and now we have to continue on this run. I trained well and ran like crazy. Physically I feel good and I have to keep going.”
Nagatomo then turned his attention to the Derby D’Italia against Juventus this Saturday 16 May (kick off 18:00 CET).
“We’re expecting a tough match but we’re preparing well and will do everything we can to win the match. We’ll give it our all. It’s important we perform well and we expect all of our fans to be at San Siro.”
