According to Turkish media outlet ‘Haberturk’, Inter are at an advanced stage in negotiations for Semih Kaya.
Negotiations started some time ago and next week should be the decisive meeting between the parties, who are close to an agreement.
Inter have offered 6M Euro but Galatasaray want 8M Euro for the 24 year old centre back who Roberto Mancini coached last year in Turkey.
