The Inter captain renews with the club for another four years until 2019. This is the statement on Inter’s website: “It’s official: Andrea Ranocchia with Inter for another four years. FC Internazionale announces that it has filed with the office of the League enrollments Serie A, the contract extension of the national Italian. ” The Inter defender joined the club in January of 2011, collecting 156 appearances (119 in the league, 24 in European competition and 13 in the national cups) and scoring 9 goals.

Been supporting Inter since 1996, and we never have worse captain than rano since then, you can keep supporting rano as much as you want, but for me i keep supporting Inter and because of that i think rano is not meet most of our expectation from a defender… actually rano’s errors last year were given hell enough to me so yea you can go to hell first…
In my opinion, the whole team mess up last season. We bought the wrong dude (Osvaldo, M’Villa). New player failed to fill the expectation (Dodo, Vidic). Some player shine (Icardi, Medel, Handa?). Some inconsistent (Kova, Herna, Guarin, JJ, Rano). We change the system as the consequences of the change squad in 6 months.
I think we should manage the expectation for the coach and players. Anyone will got a big pressure when he changed the legend. It happens when benitez replace mourinho, and rano replace zanetti.
I don’t know what happened when Zanetti replace Bergomi. Maybe he got the same pressure as well? I don’t care whose the captain, what I care is inter can shine next season. At least got a place for UCL, otherwise we will got a problem in balancing the economy aspect. Let’s hope for the best.

Too bad, Zanetti did very good job even before he replace Beppe, after he become the captain he is just continuing his performance. Zanetti is the least unknown among him, Ince, Carlos, and Rambert, but he work hard and turned to be the best. Froggy? Please don’t compare him to Beppe and Zanetti, frog and two martians are too far lol. It’s not about pressure in the captaincy, it’s all about capability, the frog is just a crybaby who will perform as good and as bad as his partner, that to me are not on the same level with the two martians. Simply said, Beppe pull the right choice to choose Zanetti, while Zanetti pull the bad egg (so far) let’s just hope froggy turned to prince charming this time.

Vidic=shit, JJ=another shit. If Miranda comes and play alongside Rano, our central defense will be far more solid. You will see. Congrats Inter for extending Rano’s contract. He is the best CB at Inter in this period.

I think both rano and JJ played quite well in 3 men defence under Mazzari. During that time, the bad defender was Vidic. Also, we got a bad WB in Mazzari system. It turn bad when we change from Mazzari to Mancini.
It frustrated me when I saw JJ played as center defender in 4-3-1-2 but act like a defender in 3-1-4-2. He make a lot of space in the center by chasing the ball in wide area. In that sense, Rano cover the empty space of JJ.
I hope next seasons, someone can take control the communication in defends part. Handa is to quite, rano can’t handle it. Maybe it will be Miranda?
