Earlier today we reported that the words of Esteban Cambiasso’s father who claimed his son was on his way to join Olympiakos. Now it has been confirmed that the Inter legend has landed in Athens to join Olympiakos. Cambiasso who played for Leicester last season contributing to keeping the team in the Premier League is said to be ready to sign a one year contract with Olympiakos.
Cambiasso will make 2 million euro’s this season and will have the option to renew for a second year in Greece. Cambiasso who scored five goals for Leicester last season will join fellow Argentinian Alejandro Dominguez at Olympiakos and the deal should become official during the coming hours or days.
