Mauro Icardi will not take part in Inter’s friendly against Lecco tonight but there is no alarm ahead of next week’s Milan Derby according to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The muscle problem in Icardi’s right thigh has passed but every precaution will be taken. The Inter medical staff would prefer that Icardi continued with rest and therapy.
The group is scheduled to return early next week to step up their workloads ahead of the clash with rivals AC Milan.
