Massimo Ferrero has, again, spoken of the negotiations between Inter and Sampdoria for the transfer of Eder. In an interview with Corriere Dello Sport the Sampdoria president returned to the deal, stating that Eder signed a 5 year contract with the club from March last year.
“Inter offered us millions of flowers, but Eder was not for sale”.
“Sometimes money can make you change your mind, but this was not the case”.
He made sure to add his opinion on the Nerazzurri. “And then Inter, like they say in Rome, there is much water and few fish”.
He then has his last say on the sales of Eder and Soriano. “I have not sold Eder and Soriano and I don’t want to sell them, seeing as there is not enough money to meet their value and the offers were not as high as their true value. The happiness of me and my boys is more valuable than money”.
