Not bad refereeing from Carmine Russo last night in the Inter vs Hellas Verona game however according to La Gazzetta dello Sport there could have been two penalties, one for each side.

In the first half Medel buffers Gomez, the referee continues play but to give a penalty it would not have been a scandal.

In the second half Icardi’s fall after a push from Helander, here too the referee lets it go but a penalty would have been more just.

Felipe Melo gets lucky injuring Pazzini, referee doesn’t card the Brazilian until a tactical foul on Viviani near the end of the game.
