Inters sporting director, Piero Ausilio took the time to speak to Mediaset Premium before the game and had the following to say. “It would be great for us if we could get the win tonight. We need the three points to help build on our performances.”
The sporting director was then asked about Adem Ljajic and Dodo. “Adem has had a few problems which have slowed down his integration in the team. He’s available today but not yet 100%. Dodo is fine, he just needs to improve his fitness levels. He’ll soon be able to do his bit for the team.”
Finally, Ausilio spoke about possible comings and goings in the next transfer window. “We’re tracking a number of players and we’ll assess the situation in December but I really don’t think we need much. We might just make a few small adjustments in January because we put together a good squad in the summer. There are teams that are better placed to win the title but we have great belief in our potential. We just want to get on and work well because there’s lots of room for improvement.”
