Adem Ljajic stopped to chat with Roberto Scarpini and Inter Channel after beating Roma.

“We expected them to make us suffer. We defended well, created a few chances and we were rewarded. This victory means a lot. Perisic and I knew that we would have to defend a lot, we were all involved in the defensive parts of the game. Then we would move between the lines to create something. We did it. It was hard for me to play, I can’t forget the two years spent at Roma but I gave my all for Inter. We do not concede goals and this is very important. I do not know where we can arrive but we take one game at a time and then we will see. There are a lot of teams that can disturb the other contenders for Europe and the scudetto, but we are there.”
