Francesco Toldo took time out of Inter legend’s Alvaro Recoba’s retirement celebrations in Montevideo to consider who will be in charge of Inter in the future and identified Diego Simeone as one he’d like to see.
The words of the 44 year old former goalkeeper: “Cholo is definitely a great coach and I hope someday he’ll coach Inter. I do not know when, because Mancini has a contract for another season, but I hope it will happen in future”.

I’d hate to admit it, but Mancini is really the best option for Inter right now. The amount Inter would have to spend to sack him, then hire a replacement, wouldn’t be worth the money considering the financial situation Inter are currently in. There was an article on here a little over a month ago about Alessandro Proto and Donald Trump investing 20 million a year for Simeone, but that just sounds way too good to be true
