Jonathan Biabiany shared his emotional season on Inter Channel programme ‘Season Review’: “It was very emotional to restart at Inter, the team which gave me the chance to shine in Italy. The only fact that I could train here was a big joy, I couldn’t wait to start this adventure. I had the objective to return as fast as I could and only wearing the training shirt made me happy.”
He spoke of his delight when coming on against Hellas Verona: “When Mancini told to go in I was overwhelmed, I had this great urge to play, but when I went on I shrug off all the emotions I had and tried to give my very best. Then against Frosinone I played the first match from the start after nearly a year. Obviously it couldn’t have gone better, I scored and we deserved the win. It was perfect. I always try to be ready, to participate during the game even when I’m on the bench so I know what to do when I’m put on.”
