Serie B’s Perugia had scouts present for the Primavera Scudetto playoffs looking at Rey Manaj. The Albanian certainly showed himself in good light netting a double. Manaj is a target of many clubs not only in Italy but abroad too. It is believed the Nerazzurri only wish to see Manaj depart on loan however.
