The Euro’s loom for a few of Inter‘s players, Ivan Perisic is one of these players and will likely start for Croatia against Turkey in each nations tournament opener. Perisic spoke to the media in the lead up to the tournament: “Over the years the game of Croatia improves, I hope we can do better than the last Euros and the last World Cup. All our players are in big clubs, we hope to do well. It is important to keep fit, then the good play and hopefully the results will come. Where will I play against Turkey? The important thing is to be ready on Sunday; I have to play well, no matter the position.”
