Miranda spoke to local media after training in Portland on his ambitions for the International Champions Cup: “Every game is different, because we will play with South American, European and MLS clubs. The International Champions Cup is a trophy and it is always important to win, whether it be competitive or friendly, we want to win. I follow the MLS, it is a great league, our games help to bring the fans to the movement even if football is growing here. Against Estudiantes it will be an exciting match, it’ll be a difficult game but they the ones that motivate the team.. In New York, we have many fans who come to see us.”
