Abel Balbo: “Icardi deserves to be called up”

In an interview with Sound Sports Center, the former Roma striker, Abel Balbo explained why Mauro Icardi deserves to be called up for Argentina:

“As for quality he is ready, and also mature. He is young, now Higuain is better, but he will only play one World Cup and that’s it. You have to think about the future. There is this debate in Argentina, it is said that the group is not very well seen because of that old story. It is said that the group does not accept it.”
