“Manaj is not in the squad list because of disciplinary reasons. I won’t get into the details, From now on those who aren’t working in the same direction can just stay home. I will rely on those who give their all. Only those who want to give their all will face Roma tomorrow. I’d prefer to bring along a kid from the youth team than someone who doesn’t know how to behave. If you behave and believe in the cause, then you will be called up. I don’t think this is a coach issue. It’s a club policy and the problem is higher up. No matter who’s coach in Milan, new players are constantly introduced to the squad. Mancini is well known for using more “experienced” players, but even De Boer didn’t give much chances to the young guys.
Yup. It’s the management issue. They can’t provide players wanted by the coach so they buy third grade players as the replacement. If they can’t get good players, they should just introduce some players from our primavera. It’s way better than collect a lot of trash players every mercato.

Agree. That’s the real way to develop young players, not just by loaning them or sell them with buyback clause then hoping they will grow into world class players. They won’t grow by playing for some shitty small clubs!
We should teach them gradually how to play under pressure for big club like Inter under the best facilities and best coaches.
Maybe they will not grow to godlike players, but at least they will know the meaning of the jersey and know how to play together. That’s what Barcelona do, and that’s the reason why Barcelona have good players when they play for the club but become suck when they play for other clubs.

this sounds awful but Inter need to be relegated so the management can realize how to build the project. I don’t mind seeing Inter in Serie B and I’ll still be a loyal Interisti. We will definitely lose most of our star players but we can rely on local talents & our primavera and start building a team. I hate seeing how Inter being managed recently. This is not how you build a project. We are hiring an interim coach (because Simeone is always be the first option), we haven’t had any youth player breaking in to our starting eleven, we are seeing our ex-players doing well in their current team (Benassi, Ljajic, Coutinho, Duncan, Destro), we don’t have someone worthy enough to be a captain, we have too many players to compete in local competition only (we have 9 attackers to compete for 3 slots on field??? insane!), and the transfer plan is absurd (they want to sign another attackers like Berrardi, Bernadeschi, and James when we rarely gave a chance to Gabigol?!)
