After the 3-0 victory over Lazio, Inter moved temporarily to -4 from third place which is occupied by Napoli. Ever Banega, who opened the score sheet with a spectacular strike, spoke with reporters present in the mixed zone:
“I was lucky enough to score the opening goal. We played against a great team, we started with some difficulty, after the goal, there were open spaces and we were able to beat a great opponent with the sacrifice of the whole team. I am calm, I always want to play well and all the opponents we face are difficult. But I am available for the coach when he needs me.”
Preferred Position? “Attacking midfielder or wherever the coach needs me.”
Champions? “Obviously we can reach it, we have to stay calm and work hard.”
