Felipe Melo has been given permission to speak to Palmeiras TuttoMercatoWeb report. Melo, who still has 18 months on his contract with the Nerazzurri, has not travelled to Marbella, Spain for Inter’s winter break training camp in order to finalise a move to his homeland.
